Job Opportunity as an Outdoor Activity Instructor / Facilitator (casual)

Allambee Camp is looking for an outdoor activity instructor / facilitator to be part of a very dedicated team. The main duties include the delivery of programs to school aged students. This includes leading various outdoor adventure activities such as Flying Fox, Giant Swing, High and Low Ropes, Archery, Bushwalking, Camp Fire Cooking etc. and assisting in daily routines.

An enthusiastic, flexible and open-minded person, willing to work variable hours (weekdays) is required to fill this position. The work load depends on bookings and exact work dates are available on request (roster for several months in advance).

We welcome applications from outdoor loving people interested in education and personal development of children and youth. Preference will be given to applicants with experience, but 1:1 onsite training will be provided to applicants that are new to the industry. Allambee Camp offers a positive work atmosphere in a small team at a great location. There is no public transport to the camp, so a drivers license and own vehicle is required.

Requirements:

• Current Working With Children Check Card (can be applied for online at Working With Children Victoria)
• Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 (one day course available in many locations)
